The BIP Program is designed to build upon DEI’s core programming. Programs offered through the business incubators (commercial kitchen, retail, printing/graphics) provide a more advanced level of business development through an intense and consistent level of consulting, best business practices and implementation. Clients participating in the BIP program also have access to state-of-the-art equipment and industry specific training that may otherwise prove cost prohibitive outside of an incubation setting
Some of the benefits of the BIP Program include:

- One on one business consultation
- Specialized Worshops
- Assistance with accounting and financial data preparation
There is no cost to DEI graduates for the BIP Program. However, there are minimal costs associated with use of the incubators.
